  Buying Specialist

  2. Responsibility

  1. Ensure the smooth running of his / her area of responsibility efficiently and accurately, meeting all deadlines and adhering to all guidelines and regulations issued by the company and external governing bodies

  2. Ensure the China business meets international and local regulatory laws and requirements, in particular in relation to import / export and trademark related matters

  3. Ensure the China buying business meets internal auditing requirements and compliance standards

  4. Ensure buying always fully reflects the market, consumer & competitor research, and online sales analysis

  5. Support the long term development of the buying function

  3. Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree is a must; degree from Business, Management or related area is preferred

  2. Experience in buying, purchasing / sourcing, logistics or related functions from multinational companies with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience

  3. Good understanding of Chinese retail consumer landscape and China culture business proficiency in English

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
